Philippines Public Financial Management Reform Programme 2024-2028
Purpose: View and edit activities assigned to your Strategic Focus Area (SFA).
How to use:
1. Click on any activity to open the edit window
2. Update the required fields (name, dates, budget, KPIs, etc.)
3. Click "Save" to save your changes
4. Click "Finalized" when all fields are complete and validated
Note: Your changes are automatically synchronized to the database.
Purpose: Get comprehensive insights and analytics on the reform programme.
What you can see:
• Strategic Overview: Implementation timeline by year (2024-2028+), KPI targets progress, activities distribution
• Activities Summary: Number of activities per SFA, accepted vs pending activities
• Cost Summary: Total costs in PHP and USD (thousands), budget distribution by SFA
Features: Filter by Strategic Focus Area, click on numbers to see detailed activity lists, interactive charts.
Purpose: Monitor all modifications made to activities and assess data quality.
What you can see:
• Data Quality Summary: Missing placeholders, zero budget activities, quality metrics by SFA
• Change Tracking: Who made changes (user), which activity/field was modified, before/after values, timestamps
Features: Filter by Strategic Focus Area, track optional fields (Challenges, Clarifications), export changes to Excel, validation actions log.
Purpose: Upload and manage supporting documents for your Strategic Focus Area.
You can upload any documentation showing evidence or supporting your work in elaborating the Reform Action Plan (RAP) for the SFA you are responsible for.
